Attainable Vintage’s Company and Website Policy:

By accessing and using Attainable Vintage’s website, you accept, without limitation or qualification, our policies. We may, at any time and without notice, modify any of our policies by revising them on our website.  You are responsible for reviewing all of our policies prior to use or purchases. No modifications of any of these policies are allowed unless specified in writing by Attainable Vintage.

1. Item Descriptions:

Please read all item descriptions carefully. Since most of items sold on Attainable Vintage are vintage or antique, they are not brand new or in mint condition unless otherwise noted. Item descriptions and dimensions are written as accurately as possible. The images and colors displayed on our website may be influenced by the settings of the device you are using to view it.  Since descriptions are subjective, Attainable Vintage makes no guarantees on any item description or its features.  Please email us with any inquiries regarding an item or its specifications.

2. Payment:

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Paypal, and cash.

3. Deposits:

Every item listed is on a first come, first served basis.  Buyers are allowed to leave a non-refundable deposit on an item.  We cannot hold items without a deposit.  The minimum deposit allowed is 50% of the item(s)’ listed price.  After leaving a deposit, the buyer must make arrangements for pick up or delivery of the item(s) within 24 hours.  If a buyer needs an adjusted time beyond 24 hours, it must be agreed upon in writing with Attainable Vintage, otherwise the buyer forfeits their deposit on the item(s).  Any items that have not been picked up or delivered within 24 hours, or the approved adjusted time frame from Attainable Vintage, will be placed back into inventory for future sale and the buyer’s deposit will be forfeited.  To place a deposit, please contact Attainable Vintage (www.attainablevintage.com/contact/) to make a payment.

4. Delivery and Handling:

Attainable Vintage offers items for local delivery.  The buyer is responsible for paying all delivery and handling fees quoted and agreed upon by Attainable Vintage and the buyer prior to delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing by Attainable Vintage. Within 24 hours of a purchase, the buyer will be contacted by Attainable Vintage to coordinate the delivery.

*Unattended delivery policy: If the buyer requests that an item(s) be delivered when the buyer is not present, it is up to the buyer to arrange for a representative to accept the delivery on their behalf.  The acceptance of the item(s) by the representative will conclude the sale.

5. Pick Up:

Attainable Vintage offers items for pick up.  Within 24 hours of a purchase, the buyer will be contacted by Attainable Vintage to coordinate the pick up.  A specific time will be agreed upon by the buyer and Attainable Vintage.

*Failure to pick up policy:  If the buyer fails to pickup the item(s) at the agreed upon time, those items will be placed back into inventory for future sale and the buyer’s payment will be forfeited.

6. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges and all sales are final.
